Mitchell is providing an opportunity for college students to gain real-world agency experience during a one-week, all-expense paid immersion program. We call it Big Break: Discovering Diverse Talent, and we’re welcoming our sixth class this year.
We created this opportunity because we believe in the strength of a diverse workforce. Having diverse opinions and experiences within an organization creates a well-rounded team that’s positioned for innovation.
Big Break allows for students to learn from agency leaders, have exposure to real clients and collaborate with other bright minds from schools across the country. Anyone studying public relations, journalism, communications or advertising is encouraged to apply.
We’ll select up to four students who are in their senior year at the time of the program. Students selected will be notified by Monday, February 16 and must be available to participate in the program from March 14-17 at our home office in Fayetteville, AR. Lodging, meals, and travel costs will be covered.

In 500 words or less, we want students to tell us their story and how participating in this experience would be their “Big Break”. The deadline for submissions is January 31 at Midnight.
